  • cold cooked cauliflower
  • Batter V.
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Sprinkle pieces of cauliflower with salt and pepper and dip in Batter I. or V. ( Batter I. )
  2. Fry in deep fat, and drain on brown paper.
