  • finely chop crab meat
  • salt
  • cayenne
  • a few drops lemon juice
  • Thick White Sauce
  • lobster meat (optional)

Method

  1. Finely chop crab meat, season with salt, cayenne, and a few drops of lemon juice, then moisten with Thick White Sauce. ( White Sauce. )
  2. Lobster meat may be used in place of crab meat.
