Ingredients
- 1 quart Lyonnaise Tripe
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- one-third cup Tomato Sauce
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Method
- Add to Lyonnaise Tripe one tablespoon white wine. ( Lyonnaise Tripe. )
- Cook until quite dry, add one-third cup Tomato Sauce, cook two minutes, season with salt and pepper, and serve. ( Tomato Sauce. )
