Ingredients

  • 1 quart Lyonnaise Tripe
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • one-third cup Tomato Sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method

  1. Add to Lyonnaise Tripe one tablespoon white wine. ( Lyonnaise Tripe. )
  2. Cook until quite dry, add one-third cup Tomato Sauce, cook two minutes, season with salt and pepper, and serve. ( Tomato Sauce. )
