Ingredients
- mushrooms
- three-fourths cup cream
- a slight grating nutmeg
- small pieces dry toast
- toast points
Method
- Prepare mushrooms as for Stewed Mushrooms. ( Stewed Mushrooms. )
- Cook with three-fourths cup cream instead of using water or stock.
- Add a slight grating of nutmeg, pour over small pieces of dry toast, and garnish with toast points. ( Dry Toast. )
