Steamed Blueberry Pudding.
Ingredients
- 1 batch dry ingredients (as for Steamed Apple Pudding)
- 1 batch butter (as for Steamed Apple Pudding)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries, rolled in flour
Method
- Mix and sift dry ingredients and work in butter same as for Steamed Apple Pudding. ( Steamed Apple Pudding. )
- Add one cup each of milk, and blueberries rolled in flour; turn into buttered mould and steam one and one-half hours.
- Serve with Creamy Sauce.
