  • zephyrettes
  • thin slices Neufchatel cheese
  • finely chopped olives
  • Mayonnaise Dressing

Method

  1. Spread zephyrettes with thin slices of Neufchatel cheese, cover with finely chopped olives moistened with Mayonnaise Dressing. ( (finely chopped). )
  2. Place a zephyrette over each and press together.
