Ingredients

  • Drawn Butter Sauce
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  1. To Drawn Butter Sauce add beaten yolks of two eggs and one teaspoon lemon juice. ( Drawn Butter Sauce. )

Method

  1. Melt one-half the butter, add flour with seasonings, and pour on gradually hot water.
  2. Boil five minutes, and add remaining butter in small pieces.
  3. To be served with boiled or baked fish.
