Ingredients

  • one and one-fourth squares Baker's chocolate
  • as needed Cream Filling

Method

  1. Put one and one-fourth squares Baker's chocolate in a saucepan and melt over hot water.
  2. Add to Cream Filling, using in making one cup sugar in place of seven-eighths cup. ( Cream Filling. )

  • Scald milk means heat it until very hot, not boiling.
