Ingredients

  • four-pound cod
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to brush over lemon juice
  • to stuff Oyster Stuffing

Method

  1. Clean a four-pound cod, sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush over with lemon juice, stuff, and sew.
  2. Gash, skewer, and bake as Baked Halibut with Stuffing.
  3. Serve with Oyster Sauce. ( Oyster Sauce. )
